Choose the option "New Campaign" and choose budget(invest more money once your add is bringing more profit.
Unselect google display network and select the search network option.
Select all countries for location.
Select preferred language.
Add personalised key words to your add.
Create headlines etc.
Now wait for your add to be approved and eligible by google.
